Refund Policy

At Blynco, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product.

• You receive a defective product.

• You receive the wrong item.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the product

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Minor variations in color due to screen settings

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received (if required), your refund will be processed.

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
